Therapy Unlimited is a statewide program that offers a new concept of family life enrichment. We do this by providing a holistic array of therapy, fitness, and wellness services that touch all stages of a child’s and family’s life. Strengthening the capacity of families to help children achieve their optimal development is the foundation of all we do. Therapy Unlimited was founded by Catherine Risigo, M.S., ORT/L, a certified Occupational Therapist with a Masters Degree in nutrition

Family Junction Birth-to-Three
At Family Junction Birth-to-Three our goal is to provide family and children with the tools and resources they need to achieve optimal development while maintaining high quality services. We have been recognized as one of Connecticut's finest Birth-to-Three Programs and provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers ages birth to three. Services are provided in the child's natural environment where they live, learn and play. Services are client centered and carried out during everyday routines allowing for optimal growth and development. We work collaboratively with families as a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement achievable goals. We offer parent training to carry over recommendations into daily routines throughout 52 towns in the state.

Children's Fitness Center
Children's Fitness Center a revolutionary approach to family fitness that helps parents integrate healthier strategies into their family’s busy routine. Our unique partnership with World Gym, located across the hall, gives parents the opportunity to work out while the kids ‘play to stay fit’ in Children’s Fitness Place.
In this fun and playful atmosphere, children are launched into a lifetime of good health and fitness habits. This all occurs under the guidance of ultra-supportive, certified personal trainers and licensed therapists who specialize in children’s development designed to engage the brain and body in countless ways. Our facility features cutting-edge, developmentally-safe equipment, including Hoist KL Specialized Children’s Strength Training Equipment, the dynamic movement virtual reality Trazer Video Game, and Sportwall interactive touch-spot interval training.
Children's Activity Center
Children's Children’s Activity Center allows you the opportunity to work out at World Gym while your child participates in structured and free play activities (not just babysitting). Activities include arts & crafts, board games, story time, sensory exploration, homework time and/or time to just relax and creatively play with friends. The Children’s Activity Center program, for children ages 3 months to 13 years, is designed to enhance your child’s overall development by providing opportunities for socialization, skill building, creative and self-expression, and learning healthy eating habits. Children may attend up to 1.5 hour/sessions six days per week (Mon. - Sat.). Children may also participate in any of our offered fitness classes for an additional fee.
